Kevin. J Anderson – Writer

Kevin J. Anderson is an American science fiction author with over fifty bestsellers. He has written spin-off novels for Star Wars, StarCraft, Titan A.E., and The X-Files, and with Brian Herbert is the co-author of the Dune prequels. His original works include the Saga of Seven Suns series, Hellhole, Terra Incognita, Dan Shamble, Zombie PI, and the Nebula Award-nominated Assemblers of Infinity. He has also written numerous comics including Star Wars and Predator titles for Dark Horse, X-Files titles for Topps, StarJammers for Marvel, Justice Society for DC, as well as creator-owned titles for IDW and Wildstorm. Anderson’s superhero novels include Enemies & Allies, about the first meeting of Batman and Superman, and ‘The Last Days of Krypton’, telling the story of how Krypton came to be destroyed and the choice two parents had to make for their son.

His wife is author Rebecca Moesta. They currently reside in Colorado

Steven L. Sears – Writer

Steven L. Sears has had an extensive career working as a writer, producer and creator in Film and Television. He broke into television with Stephen J. Cannell productions on the hit NBC series RIPTIDE. That started a career that saw him move up through the industry from writer to producer to series creator. His credits include some of most successful and iconic series on television such as THE A-TEAM, WALKER-TEXAS RANGER, STINGRAY, JJ STARBUCK, THE HIGHWAYMAN, FATHER DOWLING MYSTERIES, RAVEN, HARDCASTLE & McCORMICK, THE HOLLYWOOD DETECTIVE, JESSE HAWKES, HARDBALL, GRANDSLAM, SUPERBOY, SWAMP THING, S.H.E. SPIES and XENA-WARRIOR PRINCESS.

He wrote the animated feature film “THE GIFT OF THE HOOPOE” (directed by Don Bluth) and was the Co-Creator and Executive Producer of the Columbia/TriStar Television Series SHEENA.

As a frequent guest at Universities and film schools, Steven works actively with up and coming filmmakers. He also serves frequently as a judge for the Television Academy for Arts and Sciences student Emmy awards.

He currently has several development deals for film and television and has expanded his work to include animation, digital media and, of course, graphic novels.

Mike Ratera – Artist

Mike Ratera is a Spanish artist who co-founded the magazine ZERO COMICS in 1981.

He has contributed stories to a variety of international comics magazines, including RAMBLA, EL VÍBORA, MAKOKI, TOTEM, CREEPY, COMIX INTERNACIONAL, and SPECIAL-ZEMBLA.

His most well-known works include MINICA LA TAXISTA, BROADWAY (1993), SUPERSOLDIERS (for Marvel UK, 1993), HUNTER (La Plaga, 1995), CONAN THE CONQUEROR – WALLS OF WORCLAW (Marvel Italia, 1996), WITCHFINDER (Planeta de Agostini, 1997-2000 & Heavy Metal, 2004), KABUR and KING KABUR (Semic, 2001-03) and BAD LEGION (Soleil, 2004).

Mike currently teaches art at the Escola de Comic Joso in Barcelona as Professor of Comics and Illustration.
